This coffee's got a sweet, tangy kick with a smooth floral vibe.

600 smallholder farmers pick ripe cherries by hand from Gotiti, and since cherries don’t all ripen at once, they’re picked multiple times during the season. After each harvest, the cherries head straight to the washing station, showing how nonstop the work is.

In Gedeb, coffee grows alongside local shade trees like Cordia Africana and Acacia, plus Ensete ventricosum, a tall plant with bright green leaves that’s a staple food in the area.
